Thats enough of that

Well I have had enough of trying to find a way to get my old blog back which I had a lot of time and info put into. Instead I am going to start re posting from now and will summarize up until this point and start from scratch. I got rid of my partners and am working on getting my hard money lender set-up to get some more cash flowing properties. There are a lot to be had but there is a fine line. I don't want to go into the complete slums, I want to stay in an area that is no worse than the properties I already had are in if not better. Some great news for the area I invest in. A major development in the way of plans for the largest mall in America being built. Construction is starting and if all goes well and the local government doesn't get in the way of progress anymore there will be a major shift in property values for the better. Just the construction alone will create many thousands of new jobs. NICE! Stay tuned!

Oops, that really stinks!

Well this isnt my first post, I had a nice blog with a ton of day to day information about my daily real estate investing and it got erased by accident so I am starting over. Keep an eye out as I will be adding stuff with a lot of updates for those of you that had been following my blog that got erased massivepassivecash.blogspot.com.
